Cataloochee June

June is calving time in the Great Smoky Mountains and new life in the elk herds abound The Cataloochee valley in North Carolina is home to a herd of elk that started with 30 adults is now well over 200 head and growing. Cataloochee June is my homage to new life and the beauty of this region.
